Goals (Secondary)

After a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threat) analysis and marketing review, the FOTC ’s marketing committee has established these goals:

1) Brand and Position the Cinema in a unique manner to clarify its offerings
2) Increase patronage base with expanded programming development
3) Increase awareness citywide with promotion and advertising
4) Develop promotional items for sale in theater
5) Develop a book on the neighborhood theaters in Rochester
6) Identify all secondary repairs/improvements, interior and exterior
7) Expand dark time usage of the theater including the two office spaces
