concerned with the development of ideas (programming, advertising and/or other) to increase patronage at the Cinema; in addition, having graphic and creative resources, they support special events, promotions, public relations, virtual (web) development and neighborhood initiatives that involve the Cinema.

Leader: Jim Frackenpohl
concerned with all media (print, radio and/or tv) contact for interviews, press releases, articles etc. that involve the Cinema.

Membership

concerned with membership, both development and execution.

Promotions
Leader: Open
concerned with the research, quoting and procurement of promotional hard good items (tees, posters, buttons etc) for the Cinema.

Strategic Partnerships
Leader: Liz Serling
concerned with the development of partnerships for the Cinema.

Research
Leader: Open
concerned with local historical research on the Cinema as well as neighborhood movie houses of days gone by.

Special Events
Leader: Rotating basis depending on event
concerned with the development and execution of benefit events for the Cinema.

concerned with the development of ideas that leverage the relationship of current and potential business partners in the south east quadrant.

Operations
Chair: Greg Stefl
concerned with the day-to-day financial operations of the Cinema including the identification of opportunities to cut costs and increase revenue.

concerned with the building itself, particularly repairs and/or improvements be they exterior or interior.
